OS platform

From 9 January 2016, disputes between consumers and retailers in connection with online sales contracts or online service contracts should be settled via an online platform. This platform was set up by the European Union.

Here you will find the link to the OS platform in accordance with Article 14, Paragraph 1 of the EU Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 (Regulation on online dispute resolution in consumer matters)
